Focused Flutter Consulting for Production Teams

Build and improve Flutter apps, resolve technical risks, and make AI-assisted development reliable.

Focused Flutter Consulting for Production Teams

Flutter development and AI workflow consulting

I help Flutter teams move important work forward without compromising architecture, tests, or maintainability.

Sometimes a Flutter product needs experienced implementation capacity. In other cases, a team needs help adopting AI coding tools or improving results that are inconsistent and hard to trust. I offer clearly structured engagements that leave your team with working code, stronger development practices, or both.

How I can help

Choose the engagement that matches your problem

Build

Flutter App Development

Build, complete, or improve a production Flutter application with experienced, hands-on development.

A good fit when you need senior capacity for a new app, an important product milestone, a difficult feature, or focused modernization.

Every engagement includes:

  • A clear delivery scope and technical approach
  • Production-ready code that works with your existing architecture
  • Appropriate automated tests and verification
  • Documentation and a clean handover to your team

Adopt and improve

AI-Assisted Development for Flutter Teams

Help your team adopt, standardize, or improve AI-assisted development without losing control of quality.

A good fit whether your team is getting started with coding agents or already using them with inconsistent results.

Depending on your needs, this includes:

  • Current workflow, repository, and architecture assessment
  • Practical team guidance and shared development conventions
  • Repository instructions, agent configuration, and architecture context
  • Testing, verification, and CI safeguards
  • Guided implementation on real work, with documentation and handover

How the work is structured

Focused scope, senior attention, clear handover

Each engagement is shaped around your codebase and desired outcome. The scope may vary, but the working principles stay the same.

  • A defined problem and successful outcome
  • A tailored proposal with clear boundaries
  • Work that respects your existing architecture
  • Tests and verification appropriate to the risk
  • Limited, purposeful meetings
  • Documentation and handover for your team

Is this a good fit?

Built for teams with a production Flutter app

A good fit

  • Startups and established companies with a Flutter product
  • Teams that need senior hands-on Flutter app development
  • Engineering leads facing a consequential technical decision
  • Flutter teams adopting Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools
  • Teams that value architecture, tests, and maintainability

Probably not a fit

  • Indefinite staff augmentation
  • General backlog work without a defined outcome
  • Full app development without an internal product or technical owner
  • Individual mentoring or basic Flutter training
  • Vibe-coded projects that lack good software engineering principles

The process

From first conversation to handover

Share the context

Tell me about your product, team, technical challenge, and the outcome you need.

Choose the right engagement

We will identify whether hands-on Flutter delivery or AI-assisted development support is the best fit.

Receive a tailored proposal

I will define the scope, deliverables, boundaries, delivery plan, and project price.

Deliver and hand over

Your team receives working code, documented recommendations, an operational workflow, or an agreed combination of these.

Selected work

Production delivery, complex UI, tooling, and technical judgment

Owned production app

Shipping and operating the Flutter Tips app

I built and launched Flutter Tips on iOS and Android, covering release configuration, analytics, monitoring, store delivery, and ongoing maintenance.

Interactive Flutter prototype

Complex, gesture-driven Flutter UI

A working habit-tracker prototype with custom drawing, tap-and-hold gestures, animated themes, and an interactive 3D page transition.

AI-assisted technical artifact

From a 20-minute agent task to a sub-second Dart migration

I used AI-assisted development to replace a variable, token-heavy migration process with a deterministic Dart migration tool, explicit safety rules, and regression tests.

Dart primary constructors deterministic CLI compared with an LLM workflow

Independent manual review

Reviewing a 100,000-line production Flutter app

I manually reviewed Cashew's architecture, dependencies, testing strategy, state management, and technical debt, then prioritized the most consequential risks.

Technical perspective

What experienced developers say about my technical work

These comments are from developers who have used my Flutter courses and technical content. They are not consulting client testimonials.

Andrea's Flutter content is amazing. It's one of the few resources I consistently reference for advanced real-world solutions.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What kinds of Flutter development can you help with?

I can help build a new app, complete an important product phase, implement complex user flows, integrate Firebase or platform services, improve performance, and deliver focused migrations or modernization work. The engagement needs clear ownership, priorities, and a healthy working model rather than an undefined backlog.

Can you work within our existing architecture?

Yes. Understanding the existing architecture, conventions, and constraints is part of the engagement. The goal is to deliver work that fits the codebase rather than introducing an unrelated preferred architecture.

How can you help our team adopt or improve AI-assisted development?

The engagement is tailored to your team’s current stage. It can include reviewing existing practices, practical training, repository and agent configuration, architecture context, shared workflows, testing and verification safeguards, and guided use on real work in your codebase.

Do we need a workflow review before you can help us?

Not necessarily. A focused review is useful when the problems and priorities are unclear. If you already know what your team needs, we can scope training, workflow implementation, or guided improvement directly.

Which AI coding tools do you support?

The principles apply across modern coding agents, including Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode. The exact setup will depend on the tools your team uses and the capabilities they provide.

How are engagements priced?

Every engagement is scoped around the project, codebase, technical risk, and desired outcome. After an initial conversation, I will propose a clear scope, set of deliverables, delivery plan, and project price.

Do you provide ongoing development support?

My default engagements have a defined scope and end point. Follow-up engagements or periodic reviews may be arranged where useful, but I do not normally join teams as indefinite staff augmentation.

How do you handle repository access and confidentiality?

We will agree on the access required before the engagement begins. I am happy to work under an appropriate NDA and follow your organization's security and confidentiality requirements.

How are payments handled?

For fixed-price projects, payments are per-milestone, payable upon delivery.

For hourly work, I will invoice once at the end of each week or once a minimum threshold is reached. I'll track and share my working hours with Toggl Track.

What's my timezone?

I'm based in Italy, and my usual working hours are between 8:30 and 16:00 UTC+2.

Will you provide status updates?

Yes, as I work remotely and asynchronously, you can reach out via chat during my working hours. I will also send you a daily status update so you're always informed of my progress.

What is slowing your Flutter team down?

Tell me about the feature, technical risk, or AI workflow problem you are trying to solve. If it looks like a good fit, we will arrange a short conversation and I will prepare a tailored proposal.
