Every month, over 75,000 people visit Code With Andrea to learn about Flutter app development with my tutorials and courses.
To help even more people advance their Flutter skills, I’m looking for an enthusiastic Flutter developer who will help me produce and share more content.
Working alongside me, you’ll brainstorm, create, and share educational tweets, threads and LinkedIn posts about Flutter on social media. You’ll have access to my entire content creation framework, and get a chance to help in other areas too.

Who am I looking for?
- Experienced Flutter developer and content creator (2+ years exp.)
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Passionate about sharing knowledge with other developers
- Required: basic design skills, familiarity with Figma (you can learn the basics in 30 min)
- Desirable: experience writing technical articles/tutorials for developers
Hours, Pay, and Benefits
- freelance, part-time, likely 5 to 10 hours/week
- $30 to $60/hour depending on experience
- fully remote: work where you’re most comfortable
- flexible hours: I care about the outcome, not when you work
Interview Process
The application process is composed of three steps:
- Complete the application form (link below)
- Create some educational tweets about Flutter using Figma (this will be a paid assignment)
- Have a video call with myself where we talk about your experience and the role in more detail
Learning and growth opportunities
Your primary job will be to create educational Flutter content on Twitter and LinkedIn.
But you’ll also help me brainstorm ideas and get the chance to contribute to other parts of the business (writing articles, course creation etc).

We will use:
- Notion for idea generation and content planning
- Figma to create illustrated Flutter tips (see below)
- FeedHive for writing and scheduling content
Once you’re up to speed, you’ll be creating tweets and threads to be published on my Twitter and LinkedIn accounts using FeedHive.
And you’ll also add them to my public repo of Flutter tips and tricks.

I’m Andrea, from Italy, living in London, UK since 2008.
I’ve been a software developer for 15+ years, and in 2018 I created Code With Andrea to help people learn about Flutter app development.
Since then, I created a YouTube channel, written 100+ tutorials and articles on my site, launched 5 paid courses, contributed to the Flutter community on Twitter and created a Slack channel with over 2500 members.
